Privacy Policy

HaulPricer is designed to minimize the information we collect. The free estimator can be used without an account, and its core estimate data is intended to remain on your device.

Information stored on your device

Estimates, vehicle and trailer settings, cost preferences, completed-job actuals, and local calibration data are stored locally by the app. We do not receive that information merely because you use the estimator. Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove this data.

Location

If you grant location permission, HaulPricer may use your approximate or precise device location to center the disposal-facility map, estimate travel distance, and show relevant nearby facilities. You can deny or revoke this permission and enter distance manually.

Shared disposal-facility network

Dump-network features may retrieve facility information such as name, location, hours, materials, rates, and community attribution. When you submit a missing facility, that facility information is sent for review so it can help the HaulPricer and DebrisDash network. Do not include customer information in a facility submission.

Website data

The website does not require an account. Optional Google Analytics, delivered through HaulPricer's dedicated Google Tag Manager container, measures aggregate visits, pageviews, referral sources, approximate locations, and interactions. Consent mode keeps analytics storage denied until you allow analytics; refusing does not set analytics cookies, though Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. HaulPricer does not configure analytics to send estimator inputs, form contents, email addresses, or app data, and Do Not Track disables it. If you voluntarily submit the beta-update form, we receive the email address and phone platform you provide so we can send relevant product and testing updates. The form is processed by our website host, Netlify. Standard hosting logs may also record technical request information needed to operate and secure the site.

Reference photos

Reference photos selected during an estimate stay on your device in the current version. They help you remember the pile; you still choose the materials and load size.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards for information handled by connected services. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

HaulPricer is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
