These terms apply to the HaulPricer website, beta testing programs, and estimating app. By using them, you agree to these terms.
An estimating aid, not a guarantee
HaulPricer provides planning estimates based on information you enter and available facility data. It does not inspect a job, guarantee disposal acceptance or rates, verify legal requirements, or replace your professional judgment. You are responsible for confirming job scope, access, labor, material type, weight, vehicle limits, disposal rules, fees, taxes, permits, and your final customer price.
Your use
You may use HaulPricer for lawful business estimating. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false facility data, or use the product to violate another person’s rights.
Testing software
Pre-release versions may contain errors, change without notice, or be unavailable. Back up any information you need to keep. Testing access can be changed or ended as the product develops.
Facility information
Dump locations, hours, rates, accepted materials, and other community or third-party data may be incomplete or outdated. Contact the facility before relying on that information. Attribution identifies where a listing entered the shared ecosystem; it is not an endorsement.
Intellectual property
HaulPricer, its visual design, software, text, and branding are protected by applicable law. These terms give you permission to use the product, not ownership of it.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaulPricer is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for lost profits, incorrect bids, disposal charges, rejected loads, vehicle damage, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change the service as it develops. You may stop using HaulPricer at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or to protect the service.
